Description: control Elgato Avea bulbs over Bluetooth Low Energy
Interface to the control and state protocol used by Elgato Avea light bulbs.
 .
It can discover nearby bulbs or connect to a bulb using its Bluetooth address.
The interface can read and set brightness, color, and the bulb name, with
support for RGB values and separate white, red, green, and blue channels.
 .
Colour changes can be applied immediately or as smooth transitions over a
specified duration and update rate. The current color and brightness can be
queried, along with the bulb's Bluetooth address, firmware version, serial
number, hardware revision, and manufacturer name.
 .
Communication takes place with the Avea bulb over Bluetooth Low Energy using
its control service and characteristic. State notifications from the bulb are
used to update the reported values.
